We handle the entire process—from preparing the order for client approval to managing deployment, activation, and ongoing operation of services. ngenious is fully integrated into the Telarus back-office, providing agents and partners with seamless access to all tools and applications, including Solution Vue, the Decision Matrix, and more. These resources allow you to explore ngenious product offerings, including SPIFFs and promotions, and streamline quoting, ordering, and managing services for your clients.
In addition to Telarus’ standard commissions, ngenious rewards Telarus Advisors with a SPIFF equivalent to one month’s MRC for every new contract closed with us. The SPIFF is paid three months after the first revenue collection, offering a valuable incentive for driving new business.
The preferred payment model for ngenious is MRC (Monthly Recurring Charge), typically collected on a site-by-site basis starting from the activation of each site and continuing throughout the agreed contract duration. However, payment terms can be customized based on specific contractual agreements with clients.
In addition, ngenious offers NRC + MRC models for clients with unique requirements, such as upfront budget allocations. We handle these cases in a way that ensures our agents are not penalized. For more details, please refer to the Commissions section.
Telarus commissions on MRCs (Monthly Recurring Charges) are recognized based on collected revenue, following the standard Telarus approach.
While the pure MRC model is the preferred payment method for ngenious, some clients may choose an NRC+MRC model, such as when upfront budgets are available. Unlike typical scenarios where agents are penalized for non-commissionable NRC quotas, ngenious ensures fair compensation.
Commissions are also provided on the NRC portion of the deal, but only for services directly delivered by ngenious. This excludes resold goods or services, such as CPEs or transport lines.
