This data cannot be accessed or used by competitors to gain an advantage against ngena. Any violation will be considered unfair competition, and ngena will take all required measures to protect its business, which may include legal action, account termination, or other appropriate remedies.

3. Partner Accounts

   If you are accessing this account as a partner or authorized affiliate, you must adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in any separate partnership agreement or contract between your organization and ngena USA LLC. Partner accounts have access to specific features and functionalities as outlined in the partnership agreement. Partner accounts are also bound by the general terms of use outlined in this document.

4. Account Responsibility

   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login information, including your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with others.

5. User Conduct
